Jungian Influences

This is an attempt to collect within conversation minds with similar thoughts about influences from the unconscious upon our paintings, music, or any other art.


This is a personal example from part of a painting by DENI. Is it a bridge? . . . . a train (from middle to right running left)? Are there high-rise buildings, on the upper right and water on the lower left? This entire painting was created from suggestible patterns.

Jungian style paintings contain multiplicities of symbols. They speak through rhythms and patterns.
